    The federal cash-price site expanded about sevenfold, partnering with Cost Plus Drugs, Amazon Pharmacy and GoodRx.

    PAN Foundation joins Patient Advocate Foundation

    The two charities merged. Copay help for about 150 conditions now runs through TotalAssist.

    TrumpRx.gov launches

    The federal site points cash-paying patients to drugmakers’ discounted prices. It launched with 43 drugs from five companies.

  5. January 2026

    Medicare negotiated prices take effect for 10 drugs

    Eliquis, Jardiance, Xarelto, Januvia, Farxiga, Entresto, Enbrel, Imbruvica, Stelara and NovoLog now have lower Medicare prices.

    Part D out-of-pocket limit rises to $2,100

    The yearly cap on covered Medicare drug costs went from $2,000 in 2025 to $2,100.
